Description: This is a vintage grey Eljer toilet The toilet is in great shape and was working when removed. You will need to replace the normal service parts when installing it but that is normal maintenance anyway. Mounts with a standard 12" rough in just like a modern toilet. ***** Please understand this is a vintage toilet and has been used. Thoroughly clean and inspect them prior to sale. The underside on the toilet (where the wax seal meets the floor) might have some discoloration and stains but this is NO way affects the toilet, can not be seen when installed, and is not "dirty" If you have any questions please ask. ********** PLEASE understand that colors vary from computer screen to computer screen, so if you need additional clarification on the color, please ask. We are NOT responsible for errors made in your color selection unless WE accidentally send you a completely different toilet than what you ordered (in which case, of COURSE we will make it right). Note that due to the size and weight of the sinks, tubs, and toilets we offer for sale, these items MUST be shipped by commercial truck freight. This means that it will arrive in a box truck or tractor trailer, delivered to your curb, similar to how furniture and appliances are delivered (note though, that in this case, delivery is CURBSIDE only). You MUST provide a good contact phone number so the freight company can contact you prior to delivery. They will set up a delivery time which will be during the work week only. You MUST be available at the time of delivery to accept and sign for it. These items are shipped in a fully enclosed wood crate to ensure they do NOT get broken or damaged.
