Description: Autumn Harvest – English School, Mid-20th Century. Oils are used in a masterful fashion to render a harvest under the hazy late-summer sun. The work is beautifully presented in a substantial gilded wood frame with ornamental molding. On canvas on stretchers, in very fine condition for its age. Unsigned. The museum-style frame (4" width, 3" depth) is in excellent shape with minimal losses, and ready to hang. The painting is 36" x 24", and with the frame it measures 44" x 32".
