Description: Anzomia's eBay Attention For sale is a customized WORKING EON Ticket e-Card which was an event key item in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire used to be able to take the player to Southern Island and capture either Latios or Latias. The EON ticket was a promotional Pokémon e-Card distributed at E3 2003, included in the September 2003 issue of Nintendo Power, and for a limited time available at Toys "R" Us stores. Due to the limited run of this promotional event a lot of us might have missed it during our childhood - like I did. I decided a while back to try and recreate this event in the most authentic possible manner by finding the e-Reader dot code information for the event card, figuring out how to convert the program data into a card stripe, printing it out, and using my e-Reader to scan it into my version of Pokémon Sapphire. I managed to get it to work and unlocked a childhood memory which I only ever heard rumors about in the schoolyard. Although many years later, I can say I did not miss out on capturing the counterpart of the eon duo in my Pokémon games, and now - so can you! I released a YouTube video on how to make this yourself which you can watch HERE. After much request to sell these I decided to offer those viewers not wanting to go through the DIY hassle the alternative option to just buy it instead. What You Will Receive 1 x Eon Ticket e-Card 1 x Eon Ticket Pamphlet You'll be receiving one EON ticket pamphlet that came alongside the EON ticket distributed at E3 and Toys "R" Us. You will also receive one EON ticket e-Card. This is as close to the original as you can get without spending hundreds of dollars. I myself own an original EON Ticket I purchased JUST for this project which set me back well over $350+. I wanted to ensure that those who buy this receive an identical experience of everything the original included. My goal is to let those who never got to experience this event in person as kids be able to do so. The best part is that the e-Reader code works! If you own an e-Reader you can go ahead and scan the included EON ticket and see for yourself that it will detect the Southern Island event which you can then load it into your version of Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND - it might take a few scans to make sure that the ENTIRE dot code is captured clearly, but it WILL eventually read it! I say this because even with the original EON ticket that I have the e-Reader did not detect the scan immediately and it would require several swipes, so yes - it is NORMAL that it does not read on the first try. The dot code is printed on high quality glossy photo paper where the code will not rub off easily. Pictured above is a close-up of the dot code block. The EON Ticket pamphlet is printed on premium presentation matte paper.
