It is a souvenier from the 1983 St Louis ICGA Convention and is in the very popular Frolicking Bears Pattern. It is 4 3/8" wide across top and has a 3" base and stands 3 3/4" tall. The opalescence and coloring on this is outstanding. Zoom in on those pics. The bottom has all raised lettering with ICGA 1983 St. Louis MO With a raised Town Pump on the center of the bottom.
