Description: Up for sale are 5 wooden Nickels- 3are 5 cent wooden nickels and two are 25 cent nickels.four of them are Bedford Co. bi-Centennial 1771-1971. They say they are good in trade at any Bedford County business or redeemable at any Bedford Co. bank. Being so old I don’t know if they are still redeemable but are great collectors items. The other 5 cent coin has on its back- SAVEThe Real Ones at First National Bank of Oakland, Maryland. There are a few stains on one or two of the wooden nickels, probably from carrying them in someone’s pocket. If your bidding, good luck. Please check out my other auctions, thank you.
