Please refer to the pictures carefully. Minelab Manticore Folding Arm Rest Adapter: THIS ADAPTER FITS ONLY minelab manticore AND NOT ANY OTHER MODELS. When installed, this adapter allows the controller on your minelab manticore to fold flat against the shaft and is protected by the arm cup. To install the adapter, first loosen the securing thumb knob enough to open the folding unit for mounting. Next, remove the 4 hex screws that secure the controller to the shaft. You will need these 4 screws to reattach the adapter front plate to the controller. Using the 3 nuts and hex screws (3mm size) provided, attach the adapter block to the shaft (DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN, JUST SECURELY NIP UP). Now, reattach the controller to the front plate using the 4 original screws (AGAIN, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN, JUST SECURELY NIP UP). You will now be able to fold the controller up and down. To lock the controller in place, tighten the thumb knob below the controller.
