It has a zip top that opens into one large interior area having accessory slip pockets as well as a zippered wall comartment. On one size of the zipper it has a snap where you can snap it down to the side of the handbag. The bottom has 4 feet pegs to help keep it safe. I honestly believe that it was never carried.
