Description: Garrard 301 Grease Bearing. Rebuilt by Loricraft in 2016 and used about 150 hours since. Chassis was not repainted because it was in excellent condition. Some small scuffs on the front; picture provided. This deck had an easy life before being rebuilt; not a barn find. Loricraft was the leading company to rebuild these decks until SME bought them to produce and sell “new” 301s.Take a close look at the underside pictures. This is about as close to new as you can find. See the article in Stereophile: Listening 204. These new 301s are selling for $23,500 with new plinth and SME M12 arm. Comes with a Loricraft/Garrard reproduction box, and a lot of original documentation (see pics). Buyer pays shipping, insurance and PayPal fees. I will accept F&F and waive PP fee.
