Description: In the late 1970s Steve Jackson Games came out with a game named "Ogre", a sci-fi tactical battle game featuring a massive tank (Ogre). G.E.V. (1978) is an evolution from that game with more options and detail. According to the box it takes 60 to 90 minutes to play. The rules and scenarios together are 18 small pages. It is one of the Microgame Pocket Wargame Series. This copy is one of the earlier ones, and does not have a nice hard plastic box. Rather it was sold in a thiin plastic envelope. But it's no less fun. Don't play it near a fan, the pieces are thin cardboard, not the usual counter stock.
