Description: Hi Up for sale is a BRAND NEW - OPEN BOX GIGABYTE AORUS 15P XD - 15.6" FHD IPS Anti-Glare 300Hz, Intel Core i7-11800H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU 8GB GDDR6, 16GB Memory, 1TB SSD, Win10 Home, Gaming Laptop (Model: AORUS 15P XD-73US324SH). Please note: a customer in our store asked us to set it up for him. When we opened the box and were setting it up as requested, he noticed a <2mm white mark on the lid of the laptop (see pictures attached) and used that as a reason to back out of the purchase. The mark is not at all noticeable and in all our years of selling it became evident the customer had buyers remorse and just wanted to back-out. The laptop has never left our store and has seen daylight for maybe 15 minutes. Please note: some users have complained about loud fan noise in high-load situations, and also please be aware that Gigabyte is known to make laptops with wobbly screens. Please research the reviews and features on Amazon/BestBuy/NewEgg before purchasing. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot accept returns - our low price reflects this. Please ensure you spend some time updating the software and firmware of this laptop when received to ensure smooth performance. As with all high-end laptops, there are frequent driver updates to fix issues with certain games and keeping it updating with result in better performance. The serial number of the laptop has been recorded and can be provided if requested. We work with law enforcement (including the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center) to intercept and retrieve items purchased fraudulently through us - as such, buyers with feedback below 20 are required to contact us before purchase to prevent order cancellation.
