It is made from 100% wool that is woven in England by Marling & Evans to a weight of 330 grams per square meter, which makes the coat great for Autumn, to be worn in layers in Winter, and perfect for early Spring due to its lightweight feel but warming properties. The suit consists of a contemporary cut jacket with full canvas, full lining, flap hip pockets, functioning cuffs, pick/edge stitching, and dark natural horn buttons. It is perfect for daily wear. I enjoyed wearing it with navy blue and dark brown trousers myself. I think it would also look good with very dark green trousers as well. It pairs well with a white, ecru, and certain shades of blue shirts. It is also brilliant when worn over a turtleneck sweater in navy blue, dark brown, dark green, or certain other shades of brown. It is immensely comfortable due to its the soft feel of the cloth. Compared to my heavier flannel suits, I found this light weight and somehow more easy or freeing to wear.
