Description: Haida Argillite Totem Pole Whale and Wolf Early 20th Century NWC About 6 1/8 inches tall About 434 grams in weight. Very good condition as shown, with a horizontal crack in the base which has been restuck. It looks like some black coloring was placed over the crack and this black coloring has since turned a lighter color. A few minor surface chips, on the whale's lip for example. Please see the photos. Not signed. Early 20th Century example.
