Description: This unique serving piece was handmade in France. I purchased it in the town of Vonnas in 1997. It has three bowls, each measuring 4 1/4" in diameter, and a "loop" (handle) in the center for picking it up with fingers. It is made of glazed speckled stoneware--the look is very country-French. It can accommodate all kinds of condiments--olives, pickles, artichoke hearts, etc. Also great for three different kinds of dip......guacamole, garlic-onion, hummus.....as examples. It is signed "Fait" (French for "made") by what appears to be the artisan's name--"NAin" or "RAin." This piece is 4 inches tall including finger "loop." Each bowl is 1 3/4" tall. Perfect condition, like new.
