This piece is hard to photograph, but the darker pieces are actually a mix of a very deep purple, a rich turquoise, and a mixed mottled glass of purple and turquoise. It really comes to life with light behind it (which we have very little of in this part of the country), and definitely changes during the day. It always has a very 'creepy' spider feel regardless of the light source. Many different textures and types of glass have been used in this piece with the outter background pieces showing a very subtle gray tone. Handmade and designed by myself. The spider charm itself has been soldered on to add an extra bit of pizazz!!! Measures a little over 9 1/4" in diameter- it is a good size piece and sure to brighten up any window. All different types and textures of glass have been used in this piece, which adds to it's diversity. When the sunlight hits it, the water shimmers and the sun rays are brilliant. It would make a fantastic gift for hunters, outdoorsmen, or to cheer up a cabin window.
