Description: Retired lighted Hawthorne village building from the Terry Redlin's Winter Memories Village collection. This item features the work of artist Terry Redlin and was manufactured in 2000. The sculpture number is listed on the base of the building (see photo). This item was part of a subscription offering and is Issue #1 of 22 (item #79851) from this collection - Hidden Point Retreat. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity (see photo and please note that manufacturer return label is no longer valid). Other remaining items from this collection are listed although several have been sold already. It's a beautiful hand-painted sculpture to add to your Christmas and winter villages or display standalone. Comes with power cord (with on/off switch) and light bulb located separately inside the Styrofoam box. The bulb clips on to the base of the building. When lit, windows illuminate around the building. Also included is one small accessory figure - Winter Terry Redlin (see photo). The building measures approximately 8" in length, 6" in height and 7" in depth. The Winter Terry Redlin figure measures approximately 1" in length, height and width.
