There are two inner sleeves for the record disc; one sleeve with a top slit is in good condition, the white sleeve holding the record disc is in acceptable condition with one tear on the side. The 12" vinyl record disc is in good shape; it plays fine, although it has not been played for a while, and there are no scratches. There are some dust particles in the pictures-it's just dust.
