I have my share of full-leather Easton Press and Franklin Library books and while they are marvelous pieces of bookbinding craftsmanship, there comes a point where they all begin to look the same. Heritage Press went a different way, not much for fine leather bindings, gold gilt and satin ribbons, instead they put their emphasis more on distinctive artwork --- both the wonderful illustrations inside and the distinctive cover designs on the outside of each volume. Book is in very good condition, no writing or marks inside, text-block solid, hinges tight, corners sharp. Slipcase is intact, in good overall condition but there is a 1/2" border where the sun faded it, obviously a smaller book was in front of this one. Please see pics for condition details. A solid copy of a roughly 50-year old book that will be well-packaged and promptly shipped with USPS Media Mail.
