This listing is for repair service for your hot tub & spa circuit board. Purchase the listing and then follow the instructions below to package up your circuit board to send to us for repair. If your circuit board can not be repaired we will contact you with options for a replacement or simply refund your purchase. You are responsible for all shipping costs to send your board to us and if repair is not possible, you will need to pay the return shipping if you wish to receive your circuit board back. Return shipping IS included if we are able to repair your circuit board. If there is physical damage or your board is completely dead, please message us first so we can help determine if repair is the correct fit for your situation. We can repair a lot of damage to circuit boards but again please message first and include pictures if your able to expedite the process. Also VERY important, if your issue is a pump will not work or your spa has no heat, you will need to do further testing and inspection of those components / equipment as they are almost always what caused the circuit board to fail. Heating elements are the number 1 killer of a spa circuit board. It is highly RECOMMENDED you hire a professional to preform the uninstall / re install of the circuit board. At minimum you will need good knowledge of the safety and proper handling of the equipment inside of your spa along with general tools and diagnostic equipment. It is also a best practice to use your cell phone and take a good picture of the circuit board before you disconnect any wires etc as this will aid in reinstalling your board and lessen the chance of mis wiring something. Be sure to package your circuit board in a sturdy box that allows for a minimum of 2" dead space between the box and the circuit board on ALL sides, and when packaging its important to use anti static packaging to avoid static discharge that can erase the cpu on your board. Most pack and ship stores will have some kind of anti static bubble which is best to wrap the board in and then you can use regular bubble and other packing papers etc. On the outside of the box be sure to write Fragile in large letters and then address it with the info in the 3rd picture and send it with insurance for full replacement value (300 to 500 dollars is typically replacement cost) The post office priority mail is the most economical yet fast and safe way to send your board to us, we use it regularly our selves. We will contact you within 24-48hrs of receiving your item to either let you know its done and shipping back or if there are issues we will communicate them at that time. We have a 95% success rate with our service and parts and labor are warranted for a full year from the service. We also stock circuit board parts and all other parts related to your hot tub regardless of brand.
