Description: This Hard-to-Find Jack Daniels Collectible Dispenser/Cooler is in very good shape and has been retired. Made by the Igloo Corp for Jack Daniels distribution, this galvanized steel cooler has a 2 gallon capacity which is perm-a-lined to keep the beverage cold. The front displays a Jack Daniels Lynchburg Lemonade logo decal which includes the recipe for the drink. The interior is extremely clean, no odor, nor any stains. There is one small, missing area in the perm-a-liner which is negligible. The torn area is in the shape of an upside down isosceles triangle and is approximately 3/4 inches long (see photo). The spring-loaded hard plastic spigot dispenses fine. The outside plastic rim around the spigot has slight yellowing and roughness due to age. The lid and top of the cooler show minimal oxidation. The rivets that secure both the handle to the lid and the bail to the cooler top are steel or iron since they show some rust. The lid has a strong seal and takes some effort to open and close. I consider that a plus as the contents won't leak if tipped on it's side while traveling. The original rope attached the lid to the bail to keep the lid clean while refilling it (especially for camping and beach purposes). I removed the rope, but I am including it in the box in case buyer wants to re-clamp the rope ends together to maintain the authenticity of this collector piece.
