This antique book measures 6.5x8.5 and was discovered at an Ohio estate. Book has heavy wear. Cover has cloth wear including fading, staining and tearing. Binding has weakened however cover and pages appear intact. There is natural page discoloration from age, handling and use. There are random pencil marks. Some page corners have been folded to mark pages. Despite wear this 112 year old book appears to be in acceptable and collectible condition. Look closely at photos.
