I purchased this directly from the Prop Master of the show Casey Shaw. He threw in some extra little cool things like a Shaws Props sticker which is his business as well as notepad with both the It’s Always Sunny in Philedelphia logo and Shaws prop on it. I will be including both the sticker and a full piece of paper form the notepad. I also found multiple behind the scenes where you can this same type of black chairback with the yellow Always Sunny of Philly graphic and the actors name on the other side like the photo of Charlie’s Day’s chairback you see. Dee is a fan favorite and this a a must grab for any diehard Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia/Dee fan so don’t miss out!
