JABO March Madness Marble Collector Series: FAT Blue & Green Aventurine (6-PACK)

Description: JABO March MadnessFAT Blue & Green Aventurine (6-PACK)MINT +/-Run Date: 3/19/09 These marbles have some of the most characteristic colors from the JABO March Madness run with amazing fat blue & green aventurine swirls. I would personally consider these marbles an awesome example for anyone who is a premier collector of JABO/DAS marbles. The color palette of these marbles are simply spectacular with outstanding sparkling colors. The fat blue and green aventurine is quite unusual and extremely hard to find. I only have a few of these type and when they are gone, they are gone. These marbles have some of the most huge and deep navy blue aventurine swirls that seem many miles long and wide. Some of these also have that eye-popping color combination including ruby red and orange tangerine which adds to the party. One of these marbles is a very unique transparent Spiderman with deep blue aventurine and ruby red oxblood swirls. Take these into the sunlight and be amazed. The coverage of these marbles are amazing with no boring side to the marbles...excitement everywhere you look. When you are able to get these marbles into the sunlight, the blue aventurine will knock your eyeballs right out of your socket...they really pop! Everywhere you see a dark color that looks like black or midnight blue, that is all blue and green aventurine. They will literally explode with color depth and 3-D optical effects. As mentioned, the orange tangerine color adds another pigment to the palette. Important Note: I have qualified these marbles as Mint +/-. This means that some will be mint and some will be mint minus. It will be roughly half and half of each. The mint minus keeps the price reasonable and still offers an elite group of very collectable JABOs from a hard-to-find run. I try to rotate the marble for all different angles so my DSLR camera with flash can show you all the details of what you are getting. This allows the viewer to see all the details of exactly what they are getting. These marbles were made on the 3/4" marble machine and they measure in a range of 0.750" to a large 0.781" in diameter with a pair of electronic calipers. This is bigger than usual for JABOs. The mint minus marbles are mostly downgraded due to a slight flat spot. One of the mint minus marbles has an as-made mark (the Spiderman).
