Description: Came from the estate of a local artist here in northern Nevada county. A prolific painter of many years who gave their work away and painted for the love and passion of it. The painter was R G Jones and they took many classes from different artists many of these sketches came from these classes very beautiful. This has the artist Jean baptiste greuze. It’s not clear if this was an interpretive work based on the style of greuze or if it was an attempt at a reproduction of one of his works. Measures approximately 9x12
