Portions of all tapes are test played, checked for excessive squeal, drag etc. and then rewound. Felt pressure pad is present on all tapes we sell. However some of these tapes are 30-40 years old and the pad could fall off in transit or when you play it. The pad can be put back on with a drop of super glue. No guarantees on that or tape breaks. The cases all have light scratches/wear, but work as intended.
