KELLY WORKS LOUISVILLE - Broad or Bench Hewing, Hatchet 6"X5" Head, 1874-1890

Description: Here is an antique W.C. Kelly, Louisville #4 broad hatchet. The head measures 6" high by 5" across the blade which would need sharpening! The handle measures 16-3/4" overall; I do not know if the handle is original! A previous owner marked his name on it; J.D. Ryan, as shown in my photos. The hatchet/axe weights 2-1/2 lb. W.C. Kelly was in Louisville from 1874 to 1890! This is before True Temper! I will combine shipping of multiple items for a lower shipping cost. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end.
