Kibri Bausatz 7002 Used model with Box West Germany

PERSONAL GOAL: I am trying to sell off items and collections in pursuit of my new hobby and passion of collecting CGC (graded) comics. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Up for sale is a Kibri Bausatz model figure. The model number is 7002 and it was made in West Germany. Please note this building is used and has been assembled. I am not sure if there are any other parts missing or if parts are broken. Also this has been on display and needs to be cleaned with canned air. This is being sold as is and there are no returns. You will get everything pictured. Please see pictures. The building is 4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches high. I do not know the age of the kit. Unfortunately, I do not know anything about model trains. These were in a box of other collectibles I had with some other train houses and trains. I will be listing everything I found in the box...they are mostly Kibri, Postage Stamp, Bachman, and Minitrix. Please see pictures. This model can be used to replace another model, complete a collection or the parts can be used for a custom house.
