Description: These are ORIGINAL UNISSUED KOREA WAR ERA ARMY M-1951 WOOL FIELD PANTS / TROUSERS SIZE REGULAR MEDIUM DATED 19 MAY 1953. These pants were worn by the army during the Korean War. The pants are made of an OG green wool / nylon type of material. On the front there is a zipper fly, 2 deep slant pockets and a small watch pocket (Inside). On the back there are two pockets with button flaps for closure. Around the waist there are belt loops for wearing a belt. Also On the back there are two adjustable straps for adjusting the size. On the inside front there are 4 buttons (2 on each side) and 2 buttons in the back for attaching the suspenders. Inside there is a sewn in label with the following information: REGULAR MEDIUM, Waist From 31 to 35 inches, Inseam From 29 1/2 to 32 1/2 inches, Stock No. 8405-231-7203. Also on the inside there are 2 stamps One with TROUSERS, FIELD, WOOL, M-1951, OBERMAN MFG. CO., 19 MAY 1953, TAP-1756-01-1814-C-53, SPEC.NO. MIL-T-1870A, PATT. DATE: 16 JUNE 1952, A . S. T. A. P. A. , CONTENT: 85% WOOL, 15% NYLON. The other stamp reads TROUSERS, WOOL, M-1951with wearing and laundry instructions. The Unissued Korea War Era Army M-1951 Wool Field Pants / Trousers Size Regular Medium Dated 19 MAY 1953 are in mint condition.
