LARGE 26" Steinbach KING ARTHUR S1990 German Nutcracker EUC w/ tag+box Camelot

Description: Hello! This listing is for a LARGE Steinbach nutcracker S1900 King Arthur, handcrafted in Germany. He stands over 2 feet tall - about 26" to be more exact - and weighs about 7.5 lbs, so you would probably want to display him on the floor or on a large, sturdy shelf. (We set him on the floor near the tree each year.) He is in excellent condition from my personal collection at my nonsmoking home. We purchased it brand new and always displayed it in low-light conditions, so the colors are bright with no fading. (Please don't buy this King Arthur thinking that he is the 18" one from the Camelot Series that came out in the 1990s - if you're looking for that one, it is S621. This S1900 King Arthur is 8" taller.) Please note - He is really in beautiful condition, but I noticed a few minor manufacturing flaws:The gold paint on top of his crown is a little rough, like the wood was not fully sanded before it was painted - picture 8. This makes the paint a little lighter, less shiny, and slightly speckled on the very top. There is a small stray 1/4" pink paint mark on side of his face near his hair. It looks like the same color as his cheeks - picture 7. His bottom teeth close a little high on his top teeth, making the top teeth look a bit short - picture 9. The hang tag shown in the pictures and the original box are included. The box is in overall very good condition with some yellowed tape, small punctures, light creases, and other light shelf wear. ***** This is a large, heavy item to ship - around 20 lbs with plenty of packing material in an outer box that is 36"x16"x15". Shipping will be expensive, especially if you don't live near Maryland.
