Description: First time it's been out of the box for these pictures. Seagulls rotate above lighthouse, Beacon lights and Rotates, I checked the operation and it is working as designed. I did notice one of the lighthouse guard rail gold accents is missing, a Factory glue blemish on the lighthouse see picture and some unpainted spots here and there.
