Leon Russell Tribute Concert Shirt Rare!! New Large

Description: A friend of a friend was somehow involved with "The Concert That Never Happened" and got ahold of a few of these rare shirts. Here's the story: In Spring 2019, a unique concert celebrated Leon Russell’s birthday and dedicated the refurbished Baldwin Grand Piano that Leon played when he was a student at Will Rogers High School. Paul Benjamin led an all-star band in the beautiful Tulsa Will Rogers art deco auditorium. That sold-out concert was captured in a television show, scheduled to premier before a live audience in the auditorium March 28, 2020. Unfortunately, it was cancelled because of the recent spring 2020 pandemic. The T-shirt commemorating that premier showing, The Show That Never Happened, is the only promotional item produced for this event. Leon Russell is a legend in these parts and grew up and recorded music with superstars less than 30 minutes from my house. What a cool piece this is! Shirt is NEW. Size is Large First Class Shipping.
