When the unit was delivered to us, both of the rotary encoders had been pushed into the chassis, which seems fairly common with these units. The encoders were under pressure and then broke entirely, ultimately becoming detached from the PCB inside. We installed new rotary encoders and remounted them to the PCB. We also installed a much longer screw behind the PCB which should prevent the encoders much more effectively from being pushed inward. That said, the encoders should be handled with care. There's a bit of outward give on the "Select" encoder -- this encoder does not work properly if this give is pulled, so it should never be tugged on. The internal battery reads out at 2.9V, and the unit sounds exactly as you'd hope. It's in very good working condition! PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good - This is in very good physical condition. The unit has a small amount of rack rash, and some light scuffs around the chassis, but overall it's in great shape. Please note that the brand new rotary encoders did not fit the original knobs, but those knobs will be included in the listing. Overall this is in very good physical condition.
