The Hammersley factory began production in 1932. In 1976 it merged with Royal Worcester, and the Hammersley brand was retired in 1982. Size: The cup is 2 7/8 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches tall. The saucer is 5 5/8 inches wide. Condition: The saucer is in excellent condition with no nicks, marks, scratches, cracks, crazing or repairs. The cup is also in good shape but there is visible wear to the gold edge. Please check all the photos very carefully - they are an important part of the description.
