Description: 20GA SKB Side by Side Field Butt Stock – Ithaca 200E Field This is an original pistol grip butt stock for a 20ga Ithaca/SKB Model 200E Side by Side. This is a standard grade American Walnut stock with plastic grip cap. The stock is hand checkered and fitted with a plastic curved butt plate marked with the SKB Logo and brass initial plate. This is a unfinished stock with a water stain on the right side of the stock. This is a factory stock that has not been mounted to a receiver in the past. There are no structural cracks in the wood. This stock needs to be cleaned, sanded, finished and polished. The price is adjusted due to the current condition. The stock may have some minor scratches or other small indentations from storage or shipping. The 1973 Ithaca catalog gives the following stock dimensions: 200E Field Stock Length of Pull ( LOP) = 14” Drop at Comb ( DAC) = 1 ½” Drop at Heel ( DAH) = 2 5/8” This stock will fit the Ithaca period SXS (Model 100, 150 & 200E ). This stock is inletted for the long trigger guard style that was used during the Ithaca production period. It will require fitting by a qualified gunsmith to insure proper inletting and engagement around the entire receiver and the long trigger guard return.
