This issue was bagged and boarded since purchase and (since 1990, when I learned about the superior results attainable with archival storage products and moved my entire collection into those products) it was preserved in a thick archival Mylar bag with a heavy-weight acid-free board, and stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. It was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time to be graded by CGC!! I submitted it to CGC to be graded and sealed and it was returned with a 9.6 Grade (and, as of 11/30/24 - there are only 4 copies in the CGC Census that have been graded 9.6 by CGC making this one pretty RARE!!) This copy, both before and after processing by CGC, NEVER has spent a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit, (and it NEVER will as long as I own it!) Since I received it from CGC it has been stored in, and it will be shipped to its new owner in, its CGC-issued protective polybag.Thanks to careful handling, and long-term storage in Mylar, and despite becoming 40 YEARS old in 2023, this issue STILL looks nearly NEW, especially in its CGC case with its 9.6 grade showing that it still has WHITE pages!!
