Description: Please note my lack of knowledge in the tactical arena. This was picked up at a thrift store and is quite unique and rare. The front protector piece is the only marking I can find anywhere indicating Chem-Eng Systems as the manufacturer. Nothing inside the vest or anywhere else indicates otherwise.
