Description: Museum Quality 8.5"x11" Fine Art Prints of Metallica in January 1985, Direct From The Original 35mm Film (Watermarks will NOT be on the delivered print) A recently found trove of untouched negatives and 35mm slides of Metallica from their Ride The Lighting and Damage, Inc tours in '85 and '86. This shot of Kirk Hammett was taken at the Royal Oak Music Theatre on February 1, 1985. This picture was made by the legendary Ross Marino, whose short yet prolific career was cut short by a horribly unfortunate accident, drowning at the age of 26. He left a truly incredible body of work that is only now being rediscovered. He was Creem and Circus magazines' go-to man in Michigan and seemed to always have intimate access the biggest stars, such as Metallica, Prince, Crüe, Ozzy and others. The first image above is the actual print and the second image shows, in detail, the clarity and crispness of the image itself. Using a camera phone to take a picture of the print, it's hard to show how clear the actual printed image is. Hence the second picture. This is an 8.5" x 11" fine art, archival print and is more than suitable for framing. It's printed on Epson Ultra-Premium Signature Worthy® professional luster photo paper using Epson Ultrachrome HD 4K pigment inks. It is truly a stunning fine art print. The print will be carefully packed and shipped in a sturdy cardboard photo mailer. If you have questions, please let me know. Track Page Views WithAuctiva's Counter
