In the event of damage, I ask that you take carton and all contents to the post office for inspection. I assume they are checking for adequate packing. My postmaster told me there are no actual forms to be filled out, so not sure why they ask for this, but we make every effort to jump through their hoops in hopes they will honor claim in the event of damage (most of the time they don't)...I don't charge anything above actual shipping costs and I use ebay calculated shipping which is based on destination, dimensions and weight.
