It is in very good condition and sits flat on my glass topped stove with no rocking or spinning. It appears to have been gently used if at all, but there are some surface scratches from handling and storage and it may benefit from a cleaning or polishing. The gasket is nice and pliable. This pressure cooker is coming from a smoke- and pet-free home. **NOTE: To make it easier to box up this pressure cooker and minimize the chance of damage transit, I will be shipping this with the two handles removed.
