Description: Hello! Today I have this modified Chris Reeve Large Insingo Inkosi, I am the first and only owner of this knife, this is a custom job that I did myself, I acid washed the blade and did a “coin wash” finish to it (basically a stone wash but with coins) I also acid washed all of the hardware except the lanyard spacer (mainly because acid didn’t affect it) and I did a Scotch-Brite treatment to the scales and pocket clip. (THIS KNIFE IS NOT SHARP, IT NEEDS TO BE SHARPENED) the coin wash dulled the edge, I don’t know how to sharpen a knife so I just left it alone. Before I modified this, I carried it quite a bit, pretty much every day for a couple months. It’s very much broken in and the lock up is around 50%. I did not carry it after I modified it. It looks really nice, just needs a good sharpening and it will be ready to use. Definitely open to fair offers on this one since it’s not sharpened and not a perfect job and I’m not sure how to fairly price it because of that.
