The Mrs. Grossman's "Kids Town Sticker Sticker Book" Album is blank/unused (no stickers are attached to the pages or are included) and free from major rips/tears, holes, major markings, major stains, major cardboard imperfections, major discoloration/fading and smells. Included in the lot are as follows (flaws/imperfections noted below): 1. Mrs. Grossman's Kids Town Sticker Book (Cardboard Front/Back Covers with Glossy Pages): The sticker book is structurally intact and functions as intended (both front and back cover are intact; the glossy pages are intact with center staples). The colors/pictures/writing are bright/vivid without major discoloration. The sticker book has cardboard covers with glossy inside pages for stickers and measures about 9" x 7." Flaws include: there is some wear/tear on the binding/edges, there is some minor rust on the staples, and the album has general wear/tear (smudges, scrapes, scratches, nicks, minor markings, minor stains, minor cardboard imperfections, minor discoloration/yellowing/fading) due to storage/age. Made by Mrs. Grossman's Paper Company in 1994 and manufactured in the USA. Please review all pictures and message with any questions.
