They are in Mint/Near-Mint condition, pack-fresh from a promo pack directly into a sleeve and toploader (unplayed). These are the dark card frame versions, pulled from Ikoria Promo Packs. I ship all singles in a clear plastic "penny" sleeve, inside of a rigid, thick plastic "top-loader". I ship via USPS within the US. I do not offer refunds.
