Bags have an approximate weight and volume of 5 lbs and 1 gallon. Bags are sealed, steam sterilized, and ready for use upon arrival! Bags are NOT inoculated, and buyer will need to provide their own spawn / culture. Bags are guaranteed to be clean and will be checked for defects before shipping. If you do not plan to use the bags right away, it is highly advised that you store them under refrigeration. TERMS OF PURCHASE: This product is intended for the cultivation of LEGAL gourmet and/or medicinal fungal cultures only, and SHALL NOT BE USED to facilitate any activities which violate local, state, or federal law. Any indication from buyers that this product would be used in such a manner will result in no sale, and any communication at any point before or after purchase that this product is/was used for illicit purposes will immediately void any warranty, refund, return, replacement, or claim of defect and buyer will be blocked from future purchases. Bags are provided sterile upon arrival, but buyer voids all warranty, refund, return, replacement, or claim of defect immediately upon inoculation in any manner. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item upon arrival and determine suitability PRIOR TO inoculation; it is advisable not to use the item immediately upon receipt and a waiting period of 5-7 days is recommended to ensure sterility after arrival. If your bag arrives damaged or is otherwise compromised due to shipping or production defect, we will provide a free replacement after proof of defect is provided. While we guarantee viability of the bag, due to innumerable reasons far beyond our control (e.g. culture viability, technique, environmental variables, etc.) we do not guarantee individual success and "lack of growth" will not by itself be considered sufficient cause for refund or replacement.
