Description: One N Scale One Room Schoolhouse Kit. Real-world footprint is roughly 1.65" wide by 2.25" deep by 2.6" tall. This building could also be used as a church, a town hall, a library or whatever you need. You can build it with or without the bell tower. This is an unassembled and unpainted kit. What you actually get is shown in the last picture (along with the instructions and assembly pictures). The pictures of the building illustrate what it looks like after assembly. These pictures merely illustrate one possible color scheme. You can paint yours to suit your needs (recommend painting before assembly). Dusting the building after assembly with some chalk dust adds some aging and a lot of character! Once again, this is a KIT. This is not a kit that simply snaps together quickly. This kit is designed to give a more realistic appearance than that offered by the snap-together kits and precast plastic buildings. The main building parts of this kit are made from 1/16" and 1/32" aircraft-grade plywood. Although this building kit is not difficult to assemble, it does take a little time and care to assemble. Illustrated instructions are included. Depending on your skill level, it should take anywhere from half an hour to a couple of hours. Most of that time will be waiting for the glue and paint to dry.
