Description: For sale is a Nakamichi RX-202 UDAR auto reverse cassette deck.Deck is in good physical condition. A few minor marks on the case. The plastic window on front has a small piece missing in the corner. Hardly visible, you can see it in the video. Mechanically in good condition. Power supply caps replaced(I replace the PS caps on every deck I work on. Don't even need to check. they are BAD! and don't buy a deck unless this is done.) Capstan belt was in good condition and not replaced. Nak belts are made from much better materials than the replacement belts available today.(wow and flutter) A new capstan belt will be included for future use. Capstan flywheelwas burnished. Idler tire was replaced as well. Record,playback,FF and rev tested and work great. Cassette flipping crisp and precise. Deck is sold AS-IS!.Its 40 years old and a mechanical labyrinth.
