Description: Up for sale is an amazing Namiki Emperor in vermillion urushi with a broad 18K solid gold nib. The pen is in excellent condition and was purchased at the Atlanta pen show in 2022. It has been in the box most of that time. This is a substantial- but light for its size- pen. It is exceptionally well crafted- the photos show the filler knob in the open and closed position, and the seam between them is invisible when closed. It is exceptionally well machined. The vermillion color is difficult to capture accurately, and it is a deeper red in person than in these photos. The stock images from Namiki capture the shade of red better.
