Description: Up for sale is an estate box of old Wheatback pennies. I think they all date from prior to 1958, but I am not certain. Some of them have a D or an S below the year on the coin. I think that might indicate where they were minted. The empty box weighs 3.3 ounces and the coins with the box weighs 4 pounds 13.9 ounces for a net weight of the coins of 4 pounds 10.6 ounces. I did not have the time or patience to count how many there were, but it is in the hundreds. Sold as one group of everything shown.
