Toxzon was once a young man named Tytus Octavius Xander. This villain is a mutant that plans on contaminating the world with his toxins and poisons, so that he can turn human beings into toxic creatures like him. He has little minions called Goopaniods, who are made out of toxins and they contaminate and regenerate (Sometimes). He can also use his toxins to turn human into toxic zombies. He has a plastic Goldfish named Fishy, who he thinks is alive and that he talks back to him. The condition is New in Box, and never removed, but not quite mint box. "I Designed/Developed this figure from Bread Board Model for Concept Approval all the way to Final Sculpt/Engineering sample & was pretty happy on how it turned out. I always wanted to use Slime with this evil dude who's all about toxic waste. What's more toxic looking than Glow in the Dark Slime Yo? I first used Slime back in the day with the Original He Man Line with the Slime Pit but it wasn't glow in the dark. Used it again in my Mad Scientist Line, then again when I was designing all the Warner Brothers Harry Potter product. I used Glow in the Dark Slime in the Slime Chamber that I Designed & Developed. I was really unhappy with how that toy turned out because my so called manager at that time led me to believe that Slime was really super cheap so I had originally designed a snake that would spring out from behind the wall & actually trap the figure to the wall then the Slimed would drip down on the doomed figure!!!!!!!! Turned out that the Slime costed way more than I was lead to believe & I had to cost reduce out the snake out of the set & cut down all my awesome paint ops as well.
