NEW NOS Genuine GM 1979-1985 Oldsmobile DIESEL Chrome Hood Ornament Emblem

Description: This is a brand-new Genuine GM hood ornament; This base is TECHNICALLY CORRECT for the 79-85 Toronado models, but it WILL fit the other listed models (the Toronado models just had a bit of a narrower, finer tapered "point"). HOWEVER, the "DIESEL" hood ornament top emblem is the SAME on ALL the listed rear-wheel drive models, to include the 77-85 Delta 88 Royale, 77-84 Ninety-Eight Regency and 1977-1985 Custom Cruiser models ( I think the Diesel option was no longer available on the wagon models after 1985). As expected from a new ornament assembly, the chrome is mint and 100% pit-free and the colored emblem insert top still has the shiny, reflective finish as they came as when new before years of road wear dulls and fades them. Maybe just a good polishing to knock the dust off before installation. ANY flaws you see in the reflective surfaces are just reflections in the background. This is the ONLY one that I have so if you want it, then please buy it before it is gone. I will NOT be re-listing another like it.
