Description: Ossur Iceross Prosthetic Dermo Seal-In Liner, In Box, Size 25/3 Iceross Seal-In provides reliable and comfortable suspension, featuring a sleeveless design with an integrated seal ring and soft distal end for close fit and comfort. Ossur Dermo liners are made of soft white silicone inside, and a cloth cover outside. To apply, the Dermo liner is turned inside out and rolled up on the skin and once applied inserted into the prosthesis. The silicone fits over the skin, it provides an airtight seal holding it in place against the skin. Once the liner is applied the patient slides their residual limb and liner inside the prosthesis and the liner seals itself inside the bottom of the socket thus holding the liner and prosthesis in place. The soft silicone also cushions the skin to decrease irritation. The Iceross Dermo Seal-In liner has an integrated Seal-In ring around the outside which creates an airtight seal inside the socket as it is pushed in place. The displaced air holds the prosthesis in place with suction.
