This particular trigger has an adjustment that allows you to vary the trigger pull from 1.5 up to 4 LBS. 3 LBS is the default trigger pull weight. The safety is a 3 position system including Safe with Bolt Lock, Safe without Bolt Lock, and Fire. The Howa does not utilize the safety with bolt lock position and the included instructions will explain how to modify the trigger.
